Our home is 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, with a large bunk room equipped with gaming system, games and comfortable beds. The bunk room can also be used by adults or couples, as it will maintain a classy design that is both inviting, playful and colorful.

The master bedroom, equipped with private balcony, outdoor seating, en-suite master bath and luxury bedding, you’ll rest well during your stay.

All bedrooms will offer smart TVs, luxury bedding from pottery barn or similar vendor.

Gas grill provided outside.

Guests have full access to the entire house. This home is currently under construction. The photos are renderings and some aesthetic details may change. Furnishings will be purchased from high end stores such as Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, Interior Define, etc. The garage and owners closets are not accessible to guests.

All bedding, linens and towels have been purchased and are high end cotton or linen. No microfiber cheap bedding. We enjoy luxury and want you to have the same when you’re here.

Kitchen will be well equipped for cooking and baking, mixing cocktails, and unlike many other rentals, you’ll have EVERYTHING you need to feel comfortable in the kitchen.

Beach equipment is also provided including, beach towels, ice chest, pop up tent and wagon. Visitors that book one week, will receive a $500 credit towards a gold cart rental or activity rental. There is no cash value or deduction from rental cost if you choose not to use the credit.

All furniture, bedding, linens, outdoor furniture, electronics are brand new. No used or repurposed, dinged up, or grimy items are going into this home!

This home is currently under construction. Photos are very simple renderings and not reflective of the added style or upgrades such a champagne gold plumbing and fixtures, upgraded light flooring, nor does it reflect the high end, modern yet very comfortable and lounging style furniture that will complete this home. Every outdoor space will be equipped with adequate seating, outdoor dining, hammocks or swings and the yard will offer an outdoor fire pit, games like bocce ball and corn hole and plenty of activities for kids. This home was designed and inspired with high end coastal comfort in mind. Colors will be soft, elegant and very stylish.

Guests will be provided a private, one-time code for entry. You have full access to the home and amenities while you’re visiting. This home is one of very few on the island that are within walking distance to the beach and have a private swimming pool. Say goodbye to packing the bags and trekking out to the public pool.

The front exterior and entry of the home are situated with live feed cameras. For safety of guests and the home and to confirm your arrival or immediately address any entry issues that could arise, the cameras remain on at all times.

Location of all monitoring systems are limited to the exterior and ground floor entry only.
